 If the court rules in your favor, we obtain a Warrant of Restitution, which authorizes the tenant's eviction from your property. This legal document is essential to enforce the court's judgment. 

 In Baltimore City, we handle the mandatory mailing and posting of eviction notices. This step is crucial for ensuring the tenant is officially informed of the eviction process and complies with local laws. (Baltimore City Only) For other Counties, Cities and States please inquire. 

 Once all legal requirements are met, we coordinate the physical eviction of the tenant with the appropriate authorities. This final step ensures that you regain possession of your property.
